I am a second year PhD student in Information Systems at the UNSW Business School in Sydney, Australia. To undertake my PhD I am supported by the prestigious UNSW Scientia PhD Scholarship. Before joining UNSW, I completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Informatics and a Master of Science with Honors in Management Information Systems from the University of Regensburg including an exchange semester at the University of Technology Sydney.

I am doing research at the intersection of technology, work and organizations, focusing on various forms of Digital Work. Using ethnographic and in-depth qualitative field research, my thesis aims to deepen our understanding of IT-enabled new forms of working and organizing. My research has been published in the Computers & Security journal and the proceedings of leading IS conferences such as the European Conference on Information Systems and the International Conference on Information Systems.

In my spare time I enjoy reading books and writing code. I love travelling the world and believe a passport full of stamps is way better than an apartment full of stuff.
